As a community organization we believe it's important for our players to support the Stamford community that supports us. Throughout the year the Bombers work with local initiatives to help give back to those who need help, because we believe it's not what we do on the field, but what we do in the community that truly matters


Emmet should have been celebrating his bar mitzvah this weekend, but a blood disease took his life at age 10. His mother, Lisa decided that to honor her son by undertaking a book drive for Stamford elementary schools.The Stamford Bombers helped organize boxes and pack books for the drive.
"We met two baseball teams--the Stamford Bombers 13U and14U) at our house, where they raced each other to pack up their cars with many hundreds of boxes of books to bring to our temple for the Book Drive on Sunday. I have like 40 new little boyfriends. Love these kids." - Lisa Manheim

Stamford Bombers supporting the Stamford Youth Umpires with their 7th annual Richard Gillespie toy drive. The Bombers family donated toys for the Stamford Hospital Pediatic Unit at Sterling Farms golf course parking lot during the holidays.
Our Bomber's family donated hundreds of Toys for those in need this Holiday Season.


The mission of New Covenant Center is to provide a nutritious meal to all those who are hungry. By creating a safe, warm and compassionate environment, we are taking the first steps toward empowering men, women and children to reach their full potential and regain their dignity and self-respect.
The Bombers players volunteered their time on behalf of Stamford’s New Covenant Center to make sandwiches and deliver some essential items for the Center's food pantry.


The Bombers learned of a 3rd-grade student who received a scholarship to a sleep away sports camp. The players and their families rallied to support the student by donating money, clothing and sports equipment in order to help Jose enjoy his summer camp experience.
