ABOUT US
The Stamford Bombers is an independent travel baseball organization created by Stamford Families for Stamford Residents interested in giving their children the opportunity to learn, play, and experience a higher-level of
youth baseball.
OUR PROGRAM
Our program is structured to teach the fundamentals of baseball in a positive environment which allows children to maximize their capabilities as baseball players.Our goal is to develop their character, confidence, mental toughness,
and self-esteem with an understanding that success is a direct result of
hard work, discipline, and commitment. Players learn to respect the
game of baseball, coaches, teammates, umpires and opponents,
to prepare them for future success in baseball and life.
OUR PLAYERS
We select our players based on three criteria; strength of character, attitude and overall baseball talent with a passion to excel both on and off the baseball field. Our parents are held to the same high standards and we encourage participation with coaches and staff, because we enjoy working with professional, passionate and respectful individuals who are determined to provide their child with the best instruction and development.

We believe in developing players, but more importantly young men.
CONFIDENCE
Building player's confidence in themselves and their abilities and developing the mental toughness to overcome challenges both on and off the field.
COMMUNITY
Instill a responsibility to their community by unselfishly giving their time and energy to help those less fortunate.
CHARACTER
Developing character attributes of responsibility, dedication,
and hard work that will serve players beyond their baseball playing days.
BASEBALL ROADMAP
The Bombers provide the access and resources to play the next level of baseball.
High School
The Bombers training and development plan will prepare players for High School Baseball. We will be working with the Stamford High School Coaching Staffs to meet the players who are preparing for High School Baseball, talk about their High School programs, and get our players
ready for the next level.
College
The Bombers have brought on Kurt Semmel of Around the Horn Consulting to help evaluate players who are interested in playing College Baseball. Kurt has worked for decades helping families navigate the College Baseball scene, facilitate conversations, and negotiate scholarships. Using the latest technology, Kurt will evaluate players for college based on strength, flexibility, power, stamina, posture, speed, balance, and agility, in addition to hitting, throwing and fielding.
